Argento at Riverwatch permits up to two pets per apartment home. We welcome dogs and cats as common household pets.

Exotic animals including reptiles, rodents, birds of prey, or similar species, are not permitted.

Fees & Monthly Charges

  • $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet
  • $30 monthly pet rent per pet

To maintain a comfortable living environment for all residents, pet owners are expected to:

  • Properly dispose of pet waste
  • Keep pets leashed in shared areas
  • Prevent excessive noise or disturbance
  • Maintain current vaccinations
  • Follow all community pet guidelines
